From September 2013 to September 2014, I completed a Master's of Mathematics in Pure Mathematics, under the supervision of Professor George A. Elliott. As part of my degree requirements, I wrote a research project on K-Theory.

Bachelor of Science - BS, Mathematics

From September 2009 to June 2013 I completed a Bachelor's of Mathematics. As an undergraduate, I excelled and overcame all the challenges that a Mathematics degree offered. I am now an accomplished problem solver, not only in Mathematics, but in any field that requires critical thinking.

Wize Professor

Using the Wize online platform, I taught over 2000 students first year Calculus and Linear Algebra. The curriculum of these courses were tailored to the university and course that the students attended.

Throughout my time at Wize, I created over 15 different courses from scratch. This includes, but is not limited to, lecture notes, video presentations, creating assignment problems, and making mock exams. The quality of the materials I provided is as good, or better than the materials students would receive from their respective universities.

Back End Developer

SteamWreck is an application that uses the public profile data of a Steam user and responds with game recommendations from their unplayed games that is decided by an algorithm I developed.

The entire back end of the project was designed and implemented by myself, from the Express server, to the MongoDB Cloud database. I juggled two different API's to gather data, and fed that data into an algorithm to recommend Steam games. In order to speed up loading times, I scheduled a background worker to gather more data during off hours and made unit tests to cover all the important parts of the algorithm. Last but not least, authentication through the OpenID service Steam provides was used as a way to verify the user and access his personal recommendations.

Back End Developer

Depiktor is a web application integrated with Twitter API to display current trends in technology.

I, alongside two others, took an initial project and took it farther, completely refactoring the back end server to be more modern and compact. The project itself became faster, more readable and easier to install. Additionally, we reworked the front end, implementing a sleeker design with more options and tools to display how technologies are viewed in social media.

Front End Developer

Visual LaTeX is a simple WYSIWYG Markdown editor that goes through a LaTeX compiler to generate professional looking articles and presentations. In addition, you can see in real time the output of your markdown editor directly side by side in the browser.

From start to finish, I created everything myself. The front end design was made in Angular, and I implemented a way to compile the LaTeX scripts through the usage of the LaTeX-Online compiler API.
